Custom orders typically take 4-6 weeks to complete. We are generally unable to accommodate rush orders, but please ask!

This is a request form for a custom order and does not guarantee you a spot in the custom order queue. If selected, we'll reach out to discuss the project with you. Custom order consultations are free and always welcome. We want to make sure we're a good fit!

Once we have discussed the project, you will be e-mailed a price quote and invoice for your order. Full payment is due upon receipt. Custom orders are a collaborative process and orders that have been shipped or picked up cannot be refunded. If you are unhappy with the design or weaving process, you may request a 50% refund at any point before shipment and your order will be cancelled. Refunded/cancelled custom orders may be resold or repurposed.
