Below you will find our wholesale terms & conditions for stockists. Please contact us
Lunadendron handwoven textiles minimum order $350 + shipping for all new orders. A minimum of $200 is required for all re-orders.
All orders require a non-refundable deposit of at least 50% the total order cost. Order must be paid in full prior to shipment or delivery. We will e-mail you an invoice when the order is fulfilled and the items will be held for 21 days. Failure to provide payment within the 21 day time frame may result in your order being cancelled. No new orders will be posted until prior order is paid in full.
Delivery and time frames are determined at the time the order is placed. This can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks depending on the size and nature of the order. If you require delivery by a certain date, please let us know when you place the order.
Approval is required to become a Lunadendron stockist. Exclusivity will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
If you do not re-order within 6 months, any prior exclusivity agreements will be considered to have lapsed and therefore null and void.

You are only authorized to sell Lunadendron products at the retailer initially listed on your wholesale application. Secondary stores must have prior approval. Online stores and web sales must have prior approval, even if your brick and mortar store has a website associated with it. We may ask for additional information about your retailer or request photos of your store. Authorization of sales of Lunadendron products is solely up to our discretion and can be denied or revoked for any reason, at any time. Sales of Lunadendron products at online auctions, craft fairs and other live events must be approved in writing.
Any problems must be reported in writing or by e-mail within 10 days. Please do not return goods before contacting Lunadendron. If you are asked to return Lunadendron goods, you will be responsible for shipping charges.
Every Lunadendron product is handmade. Due to the nature of the weaving and dyeing processes involved in Lunadendron textiles, there may be slight variations in color and pattern. The buyer accepts this when the order is placed. Aesthetic imperfections that do not inhibit the structure or quality of the item will not be considered for return credit.
Any personal information provided to us, including your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold, or rented to any other entity outside of Lunadendron. We do reserve the right to list your store's name, location, and contact information or to provide the information to potential customers upon request. Your credit card details and payment will be securely processed via Square or PayPal. If you have any concerns regarding the privacy of your data, please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
