The Scilla Mountaineer Cowl is inspired by the delicate white flowers of its namesake, which feature soft blue stripes. Handwoven primarily in white Tencel, with cottolin pinstripes in two shades of blue, this cowl exudes understated elegance. The white-on-white structure creates a beautiful texture, with the subtle blue accents adding depth and a nod to the gentle hues of spring. The intricate weaving technique enhances the tactile quality of the fabric, while the soft color palette evokes the serene beauty of early blooms. This cowl is handwoven primarily with Tencel, a soft and cooling fiber derived from Eucalyptus wood pulp. The minimal cotton and linen content adds subtle texture. It is lightweight and suitable for all climates.
 
Mountaineer Cowls are sewn with a twist. Twisted cowls are both functional and aesthetic. The twist offers an improved fit, versatility, and insulation. It also adds beautiful texture and depth, with versatility depending on how the cowl is adjusted.
