Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for $5.99. While shipping is typically a couple dollars higher, we cover the difference for you. Orders over $100 ship free! Your package will typically reach you between 1-3 days after shipment, depending on where you are located. You may also choose USPS Priority Mail Express if you're in a hurry.

We ship internationally, too. You can choose from USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Priority Mail Express. The cost varies depending on where you are located. Our website automatically calculates shipping charges. The cost for international shipping is typically between $15-$25. If it seems way off or it reads the backup rate of exactly $25, please email us at and we'll manually retrieve a shipping quote for you. 

We use biodegradable envelope mailers for smaller items and cardboard boxes for larger orders. Your products will be neatly wrapped up in tissue paper or a kraft bag and tied with a sample of yarn used in your handwoven textile. You'll also receive a card with a note from Emelie. If you would like to skip the extra packaging, please let us know in the notes section of your order. Please reuse and recycle!

One of the perks of shopping with a very small business is that if there's an issue, you get to talk to the person who made the item, packaged it, and shipped it. We want you to love your handwoven textiles! 

If an unwanted product is returned within 30 days of receipt, we will refund the purchase in full or exchange it for an item of equal value (this is flexible, especially for international orders due to longer shipping windows). It must be in the same condition it was shipped. If a product has any obvious signs of wear, washing, or odor it unfortunately cannot be refunded as we cannot restock it. We also cannot refund or exchange products that have been damaged due to regular wear and tear or washing mistakes. 

 We do not offer refunds on custom orders, as they require several points of approval before they are shipped.
