Lunadendron orders typically ship within two business days. All orders are shipped via your choice of USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Priority Mail Express. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when the post office scans your package.
We use USPS real-time estimates to determine shipping costs. For some countries, the estimate calculator automatically defaults to a flat-rate of $25. In the event that you are over-charged for shipping, you will be promptly refunded the difference.
We package all our products in lightweight biodegradable mailers. Each product is wrapped with tissue paper, sealed with a sticker, and tied with a sample of fiber used in your piece. You will also receive a thank you card and a business card with our contact info. If you would like to skip the extra packaging and cards, please let us know in the notes section of your order.
Domestic orders over $150 automatically ship free via USPS First Class Mail.

One of the perks of shopping with a very small business is that if there's an issue, you get to talk to the person who made the item, packaged it, and shipped it. We want you to love your handwoven textiles!
If an unwanted product is returned within 30 days of receipt, we will refund the purchase in full or exchange it for an item of equal value (this is flexible, especially for international orders due to longer shipping windows). It must be in the same condition it was shipped. If a product has any obvious signs of wear, washing, or odor it unfortunately cannot be refunded as we cannot restock it. We also cannot refund or exchange products that have been damaged due to regular wear and tear or washing mistakes.
We do not offer refunds on custom orders, as they require several points of approval before they are shipped.
